Milk and milk products should not cause illness or injury. Outbreaks of foodborne illness can damage trade and tourism beside human life. It can affect consumer confidence. Due to international tourism spread of foodborne illness can take place beyond the boundaries of the country.

Change of eating habits, affluence in society, better communication brought changes in food production, preparation and distribution. All stakeholders in the food Quality chain from farmer to consumer has the responsibility to assure safe and nutritious food for consumption.
